Hello Ladies! Well, if I say that a pedicure is one of the most popular beauty treatments at spas and salons, it would be somewhat like stating the obvious, don’t you think? After all, a pedicure session feels great, is good for your skin and who doesn’t want a massage! But these days, it can get really challenging to take out time from our busy schedules to focus on our beauty needs. I, for one, can’t stand dirty feet and absolutely need a treatment frequently to feel better and sport gorgeous feet in those high heels. But let’s face it – it’s not always possible to spend more than 1.5 hours to get a classic foot spa done all the time. However recently, I’ve discovered the perfect lunch time pedicure offered at Jean Claude Biguine that uses no water at all. Yes, it’s a one-of-its-kind & exclusive deep moisturizing pedicure that I got done at the Jean Claude Biguine, Lokhandwala branch. If I have to sum up my experience in a line – I’d say it is fast, hygienic and it conserves water as well.
The process started with the usual filing, buffing and cutting of the nails that took about 5 minutes.
This was followed by a scrubbing of the dead skin using an electronic pedicure machine for about 5 minutes.
Post this, the pedicurist soaked my feet in a collagen and keratin sock designed mask for approximately another 10 minutes. This was to ensure my feet absorb the maximum nourishment possible from the mask.
After this, the pedicurist tore the mask and cleansed my nails. He then gently massaged my feet for 5 minutes. He then dried my feet with a clean towel and I could feel them to be incredibly soft & well hydrated.
Finally, a pretty colour was applied on my nails and I was truly happy with the service.
