Earlier this week, I was invited to attend a preview of the second edition of Bride and Baraat collection by KALKI. Inspired by the regal origins and concepts, the new range by KALKI uncovers the Italian romance.
KALKI presented an exclusive couture collection which is a mélange of signature designs, trousseau and occasion wear ensembles for the bride and family.
Normally, we associate weddings with loud and bright colours but this line primarily boasted of pastel shades. Gives you a sense of fairytale romance, doesn’t it? I couldn’t take my eyes off this beautiful pink lehenga by KALKI with sequin embroidered cape, priced at Rs 41,340.
