This festive season give your hair a makeover with the Olaplex treatment at Jean Claude Biguine India. Olaplex is a hair strengthening treatment and has gained immense popularity in the west amongst leading actors, stylists etc. I had heard a lot about this treatment but I never got a chance to experience it. Quite obviously because it wasn’t available in India, till now! Thanks to Jean Claude Biguine, I got an opportunity to try it. Olaplex claims to strengthen broken bonds, that are damaged due to colouring or rebonding etc, in the hair. This is a somewhat “bond multiplier” treatment which helps those with dry, frizzy, coloured and damaged hair.
Once I arrived at the salon in Lokhandwala, my stylist briefed me about the entire procedure. He first washed my hair to ensure that it is absolutely clean – no serums, mousse or oils.
Post that, he applied the Olaplex on my hair from root to the tip. He left it on for about 10 mins. He did top it up with a second coating followed by a gentle 10 minute massage.
After approximately 30 minutes, he rinsed my hair and blew dry it.
As you can see, my hair looked stunning post the treatment. It also felt smoother, shinier and thicker in just one sitting. The cost for a one-time Olaplex treatment at Jean Claude Biguine is for Rs 2500. Totally worth it, in my opinion!
