March was an extremely busy month for as it involved a LOT of traveling – mostly for shoots. First stop was Delhi – for a friend’s wedding. Then I went to Kochi where I attended one of the biggest events in advertising. I even got a bit of time to explore Kochi and you haven’t seen my Kochi Vlog yet – click on the link & please watch it right away! Next, I went to Kolkata for a few days. Mum and Dad came down from Singapore for some work and it was soo nice to be with them for a few days. And finally, I was in Bangalore for an event and shoot. I didn’t get any time to explore Bangalore but overall, it was a good trip. So as you can probably tell.. March was an extremely hectic month. My workplace finally got done with our brand new studio. There was a bit of shifting and stuff here and there. But from now on, you’d see a lot of my photographs with similar backdrops and I’m glad they are vibrant and colourful backdrops! ALSO, Holi (festival of colours) fell on this month. Coincidentally and totally unintentionally, my entire wardrobe happens to be pretty colorful for March! I was also down with a stomach flu towards the end of the month. I am fine now but the weather is changing in Mumbai. It’s become really hot and it’s only March!! I hate to think what’s going to happen in April and May. I wish it would rain soon in Bombay but monsoon here only starts in June… which is so far away.
But oh well, a girl can still dream!

Do you have a favourite look for this month? Let me know which one you like the best!
For me, I loved donning the business casual look in the brown coloured shrug & trousers. So frankly speaking, brown is not my usual go-to colour as it can be tricky to pull off but I somehow found this very attractive and low-key sexy. And, this isn’t really a pansuit It’s a separate shrug with matching coloured trousers. But I styled it as a pantsuit and it wasn’t so difficult. Just remember to keep it sleek with streamlined accessories. I completed my look with a black tank top, high heels and dainty jewelry for that feminine touch. I personally think this look serves up some powerful ‘working girl’ vibes.

I am liking the fact that this is becoming more than just a style post. This monthly post is also somewhat like a reflection of how my month went by! What an idea, Ritz! You rock.
Lol, see you guys, next month!
