Guys!! I am super excited to announce that I got married last month! This blog has been like my extended family and I was dying to share this with you. You guys have been with me for 7 years and I hope to have your good wishes as I embark on this incredible new journey with Sten. Given the circumstances, we avoided a social wedding ie. ceremony/ritual etc. especially since our families couldn’t travel to India/Mumbai. But the date (9th Dec) is very special to us, pre-decided long back and we went ahead with our marriage registration (ROM) on the 9 Dec 2020. Hopefully, a wedding will follow sometime next year when things are much better. Hope to have your best wishes, and looking forward to a proper wedding in 2021.
Now for my ROM look – I opted for a red banarasi saree with rust gold jewellery from a boutique in Juhu, Mumbai. I kept my hair soft & wavy and eyes smokey. Sten wore a black suit with a red shirt from Raymond.

And for all those who didn’t know, Sten (who’s now my husband) had proposed last year in January at the Taj Mahal. OHHH it was so beautiful and romantic!! Forget Eiffel Tower in Paris, there’s a certain beauty about the Taj Mahal and I think we were so lucky. Because just weeks after we returned, the lockdown was imposed! I mean I can’t even imagine going to Agra, Taj Mahal and getting photos clicked. So, MAYBE .. just MAYBE I can safely say that perhaps I was the ONLY girl to be proposed at The Taj Mahal in 2020. It was my first time visiting the beautiful Taj Mahal and what made it even more special was that I got engaged! Guys, I’m so so happy that Sten’s in my life & I just can’t wait to grow old with him.
Finding forever in this temporary kind of world is probably everything.
